This is my Moms recipe, and one of my favorite ones too. She use to make it with different stuffing.The best part is that you can make it ahead of time for parties and get-togethers.Hope you like it.
Ingredients
- 3 Medium sized Potatoes boiled and peedled.
- 1/2 cup corn and Peas .(Coarsely ground)
- 1/4 cup chopped Onion.
- 1 tbs Ginger Garlic Chilli paste.
- Coriander fresh ..chopped.
- Salt as per taste.
- 6-8 white Bread slices.
- Cup of water.
Procedure
- Mash the Potatoes.
- Add the Corn and Peas mixture.
- Add chopped Onion.
- Add the ginger garlic chillli paste salt and Coriander.
- Mix everything and that is our stuffing.
- Cut the edges of the bread.
- Quickly dip it in cold water.(DON'T SOAK TOO MUCH)
- Remove excess water and put a small ball of stuffing in the center.
- Wrap the Bread around it and gently press it to seal.
- From elongated Bread rolls.
- Repeat this for all the slices.
- Cool them in the fridge for at least an hour before frying.(when cold rolls absorb less oil)
