Broccoli Onion Ricotta cheese paratha.

Ingredients

Dough

2 cups Wheat Flour.
1/2 tsp Salt.
Olive oil 2 Tbs.

Stuffing

1 n 1/2 cup finely chopped Broccoli.
1 cup finely chopped Onion.
3 Garlic Cloves chopped.
1 Tbs Kasoori Methi.
1 Tbs Coriander Cumin Powder.
Salt and pepper as per taste.
Chilli powder as per taste.
3 Tbs Ricotta Cheese.

Procedure

Mix the flour oil and salt and knead into a dough.(not too soft).
Heat some olive oil in the pan
Add the garlic.
Then add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 mins.
Then add the chopped Broccoli saute for a min.
Add spices. 
Cover the pan for 2 mins and then switch off the burner.
Mix the Ricotta cheese and the broccoli onion mixture.
Roll the chapati.
Spread the stuffing on half of the chapati and fold the other half over,seal the ends of semicircle.
Roast on both sides with oil ghee or butter.
