Paneer Wheels!!

Ingredients

1 n 1/2 cup Paneer grated.
1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped.
1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
1/2 tsp Amchoor powder.
1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes.
1/2 tsp crushed black Pepper.
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder.
Salt as per taste.
2 puff pastry sheets(I used Pepperidge Farm)

Procedure

Mix the Paneer and Capsicum.
Add shredded mozzarella.
Then add spices and salt , mix properly.
Thaw the Puff Pastry sheets.
Roll a bit to level.



Spread the Filling leaving 1/2 inch border on 3 sides and about 1 inch on the fourth.








Start rolling from the 1/2 inch side towards 1 inch side and seal with water.





Cut Wheels about 3/4th inch wide.





Place cut side down and Bake as per instructions or till they turn golden brown.

  3. heyy....cut side down is the wheels should be flat..with circular marks facing upwards this helps maintain shape they spread flat into wheels.

  6. Can we make in advance for outdoor parties.and keep in the oven before the party. if so,how long would it stay flaky

  7. yes we can Aparna......jus keep it in airtight containers after completely cooled....and just reheat it at 250 F ....to crisp it up....5-6 hrs in advance sld be ok :)
