Schezwan Chicken!!



Schezwan Chicken...!!

Ingredients

2 tsp Crushed Pepper.
2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Salt as per taste.
1 n half tbs dark soy sauce.
2 tbs Corn Starch.
3 chicken thighs(boneless) cut into big cubes.
1 cup capsicum thinly sliced.
1 cup Onion sliced onion.
Sauce
2 tbs schezwan sauce.
1-2 tsp chilly sauce.
1 tbs Tomato sauce(ketchup)
1 tbs dark soy Sauce.
Salt as per taste.



Ingredients.

Take the chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add Pepper ,salt,corn starch,Ginger garlic paste and soy sauce.



Coat the sauce properly.
Keep aside for 10 mins.
Add oil in a wok.
When Oil sizzles add the chicken.
Keep tossing till the chicken is cooked completely.
Remove the chicken in a dish.
In the same wok add some more oil.
Add Oil in the wok.
Add capsicum and Onions.



Keep tossing.
When the veggies are half cooked add all the sauces.
Salt and black pepper.
Then add the cooked chicken.



Stir for a min or two and serve immediately.
