Schezwan Chicken Frankie....!!!
Ingredients.
1/ 2 cup All purpose Flour.1/2 cup Wheat Flour.
2 tsp kasuri Methi.(dried fenugreek)
1/2 tsp salt.
2 tbs oil.
Schezwan Chicken.
Schezwan Sauce.
4 Eggs.
Salt as per taste.
Procedure.
Roti.Mix the Wheat flour ,All purpose Flour,Kasuri methi ,Salt and 1 tbs of oil.
Form into a dough.(not too soft not too hard)
Keep covered for an hour.
Make 6-8 small balls.
Roll the dough(ball) into a 7 inch circle.
Roast till few brown spots appear.
Do the same with the rest.
keep aside.

Ingredients
2 tsp Crushed Pepper.2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Salt as per taste.
1 n half tbs dark soy sauce.
2 tbs Corn Starch.
3 chicken thighs(boneless) cut into big cubes.
1 cup capsicum thinly sliced.
1 cup Onion sliced onion.
Sauce
2 tbs schezwan sauce.
1-2 tsp chilly sauce.
1 tbs Tomato sauce(ketchup)
1 tbs dark soy Sauce.
Salt as per taste.

Ingredients.
Take the chicken pieces in a bowl.Add Pepper ,salt,corn starch,Ginger garlic paste and soy sauce.

Coat the sauce properly.
Keep aside for 10 mins.
Add oil in a wok.
When Oil sizzles add the chicken.
Keep tossing till the chicken is cooked completely.
Remove the chicken in a dish.
In the same wok add some more oil.
Add Oil in the wok.
Add capsicum and Onions.

Keep tossing.
When the veggies are half cooked add all the sauces.
Salt and black pepper.
Then add the cooked chicken.

Stir for a min or two
Whisk the eggs with salt.
Heat the pan.
add some whisked egg in the pan and place the roti on it.

Flip it and roast some more.

Then take off from the heat and add the schezwan chicken .

Put some Schezwan sauce.
Wrap it and lock it up with a pick.
Serve immediately.
