Spicy Paneer Turnovers!!











Spicy Paneer turnovers...!!!!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Paneer chopped .
1/2 cup Onion chopped.
3/4 cup Capsicum.
1 tsp ginger garlic paste.



2-3 tbs of Pasta sauce(I used store bought)
1/2 tsp of Crushed Balck Pepper.
2 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder.
1 tsp Garam Malasa.


1/2 tsp chilli falkes(optional)
Cheese slices.(I got amul slices)
Salt as per taste.
Pie crust frozen.(store bought or homemade)
Pie Crust..
1 n 1/4 cup All purpose Flour.
1/4 tsp salt.
1/2 tsp sugar.
1/2 stick of butter (cold cut into cubes)
Ice cold water.
Mix everything in a food processor.Pulse.
Add water to make a medium dough.(not too soft not too hard)
Wrap it in plaastic wrap and refrigerate for atleat 3 hrs.
Or just freeze it till u need it.


     


Procedure.

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped Onions ,Ginger garlic paste and saute for 1-2 mins till translucent.
Add chopped Capsicum.
Saute for a minute.
Add the spices.
Saute for 2-3 mins.
Add the pasta sauce.
Add salt and switch off the flame.



Unfold the Pie crust.
Cut into circlesaround 3 to 3.5 inch diameter.
 or Squares(3 inches)


Add the Stuffing.

 


Cut a cheese slice in 4 triangles and place one triangle on the stuffing.
    

Seal the ends.(with a fork)

   
Spray with oil or brush with egg whites.



Bake till Golden brown (10-12 mins)
Serve hottt......
