Tandoori Chicken/Paneer Tikka...!!!

Ingredients
1/2 tsp Turmeric2 tsp Coriander cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala.
2 tsp Tandoori Masala.
1 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder.(adjust as per taste)
1 tbs Lemon Squeezed.
1 tbs Besan /chick pea flour.(to coat)
1 tbs oil.
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste.
2-3 tbs thick yogurt.(hung curd to eliminate liquid)
3 boneless chicken thighs.(cut in big chunks)/Paneer about 14 oz.
Salt as per taste.
Skewers.
Onion
Capsicum
Cherry tomatoes.
Procedure.
Preheat oven to 400 F.Mix all the Ingredients.
For Paneer cut 1 inch pieces of Capsicum , Onion marinate with Paneer and put it on Skewers.
Then Poke the skewer in this order Capsicum Onion Cherry tomato Paneer Onion Tomato and Capsicum again.
Add the chicken /Paneer pieces.
Marinate for at least 4-5 hrs .
Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 15-20 minutes before use.(prevents burning).
Cook in Oven for 20-25 minutes.
For Paneer 10-15 mins.
Serve with Coriander mint chutney.
