Minestrone Soup

Ingredients

1/2 cup Celery diced
1/2 cup Onions
1/2 cup Carrots(optional)
2 Tomatoes diced(if u want the red color u can use canned... I prefer fresh)
1 cup Canned beans white n black.
1/2 cup small pasta shells.
2 cloves of Garlic chopped.
Olive oil.
1 Tsp dry Oregano.
1/2 Tsp fresh Rosemary chopped.
3-4 fresh Basil leaves.
Salt,Pepper and chilli  flakes as per taste.

Procedure

Steam the diced Celery ,Onions , Carrots, Tomatoes ,and beans till slightly tender.
Add some oil in a pot.
Then add the chopped Garlic.
Add the steamed veggies.
Then add oregano,basil,rosemary,salt ,pepper and chilli falkes.
Bring it to  rolling boil.
After about 5-7 minutes add the pasta shells and boil till tender.
Serve hot.
